Timberdoodle is a wonderful, newly renovated, lakeside cottage.

With a queen bedroom, sitting room/guest room with HDTV and Dish Network, bathroom with shower, and a complete kitchen, it is a cozy retreat for a couple looking for privacy and relaxation.

Walking trails through the forest connect Ruffed Grouse Lodge and Elk River Farm. Both locations have a wonderful fire pits with free wood and picnic areas, which are perfect for family gatherings.

Alumacraft fishing boats, canoes and kayaks are included with weekly rentals at both the Lodge and Elk River Farm. A Yamaha 8hp outboard motor, and a MinnKota trolling motor are available for daily or weekly rental. For guests bringing their own boats, there is a public landing serving Wilson Lake one mile from the Lodge. There is also a private launch area for access to the Elk River.
